We are pleased to announce that RLH Industries, Inc. celebrated its 30th anniversary in February. As the leading supplier of fiber optic isolation equipment and telecommunication solutions, we are proud to have three decades of innovation and steady growth in this highly competitive industry. Our business was launched in 1988 when founder Robert L. Harris recognized that fiber optic communication was a revolutionary new technology, and the first product was a simple fiber optic system that transmitted a telephone signal over 18” of plastic fiber.

Much of our early success grew out of the need for utilities and Telecom providers to isolate their communications lines in high voltage environments. Companies like GTE and PacBell were instrumental in RLH establishing its solid footing as the leader in fiber optic isolation technology. Over the years RLH has grown with the fiber optic industry, and we have expanded our portfolio of products and services to the Telecom, Utility, and Automation & Control Industries.
