| RLH Fiber Links provide NASCAR Support |
|
September 5, 2007
|
RLH Fiber Optic Link equipment play an important support role for the thousands of cell phone users attending races at The California Speedway, Las Vegas Speedway and Phoenix Speedway, all prime 2008 NASCAR race event venues.
You can watch the competition heat up in the Sprint Cup Series, the Nationwide Series, and the Craftsman Truck Series at the Fontana, California rack track Feb. 22 through Feb. 24. Based on the excellent reliability of our Fiber Optic Links, Sprint/Nextel selected RLH to install T1 equipment to support the communication needs for selected NASCAR events.
2008 is the second season for RLH equipment, and we are proud to provide reliable communications support under unpredictable track conditions which reached 112 degrees F at trackside during last year's race at Fontana.
Please visit http://www.nascar.com for race times and event schedules, and be sure to visit SPEEDtv.com for great television coverage of the event.

| RLH Fiber Links Resist NASCAR Heat |
|
September 5, 2007
|
RLH Fiber Optic Link equipment played an important support role in the number one premier NASCAR race of the season at the Fontana/California Speedway over this past Labor Day. Based on the excellent reliability of our Fiber Optic Links, Sprint/Nextel requested that RLH supply and install additional 4x1 T1 equipment to support their communication needs for the 2007 California Speedway Labor Day race.
A testimony to the hardened reliability of RLH telecommunications equipment, the official temperature in Fontana was 107 degrees during qualifying for the Sharp Aquos 500. But temperatures at the track were a hot 112, reportedly soared to 128 atop the grandstands, and measured a staggering 140 on the asphalt surface.
"We're seeing track temperatures of almost 150 degrees and that's unheard of," said four time Nextel Cup champion Jeff Gordon. "It's pretty crazy out there because you start slipping around on the tires even before you complete a lap."
RLH equipment, operating at track level, was unaffected by the extreme heat and performed flawlessly throughout the event. RLH equipment was also installed three years ago at the Las Vegas Speedway and the Phoenix Speedway NASCAR race tracks.
